Return Policy. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us via email with an explanation, within 10 days of when you receive your order. Customers will be responsible for return shipping fee, and the artwork needs to be in “like-new” condition, in the original packing materials. I recommend that send your returned item via a trackable method. If your order was damaged in transit, please contact us immediately and retain the original box and packaging associated with the order until a damaged claim can be completed with our shipping provider. Claims for defects or damages must be made by the customer via email no later than 10 calendar days after delivery, otherwise it will be considered that the print has been accepted.

Delivery Time. All Orders are on Demand. Your order will take from 10 to 15 business days, from the day after your order was placed, to deliver.
Cancellation. Once your order is placed, I send it to the printing company, and they will begin working on your order, often the same day. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours via email. If they have not produced any part of your order I will cancel your order and refund the full amount to your credit card. In case any part of our order has been produced a restocking fee will be charged to your card. The restocking fee is a 20% fee of your order.
